This is the last day for Salt Dance Fest. I can't believe how fast it flew by. So much hard work and such a beautiful time getting to explore dance with people from all over the United States. This thing that we do. This dancing thing. We work hard towards questions in life/within ourselves, and it's a beautiful way to learn about life. Glad I got to participate in this workshop and happy I was able to meet such great artists that are doing what they love.

I guess the next thing I'm asking myself is, "What's next?" It's difficult to let such a beautiful experience go away. There is a slight feeling of panic. There is always a fear of going back into a pattern. I hope to keep finding opportunities like this to participate in. Sometimes the people are the best part though. I know I will not be able to re-create the last two weeks. I have to say goodbye to friends I've met and allow for the lessons learned to really sink in.

It's time to settle everything within my body and mind. This means more time doing what I love. Getting into the studio or whatever location I fancy for some improvisation and dance. Thank you for reading these posts. Wishing you all a beautiful journey pursuing what you love in life!
