Today I am playing with words that teachers Mo Miner and Nina Haft frequently use in their wonderful technique classes – tossing, flinging, and gathering.

Let's try a different order today for exploration:

-Read the poem once or twice and then put on some music. Riff off of the ideas and improvise for a few minutes. May I suggest today "3 120" by Michael Wall? You can listen to it here and download it here. It is the 2nd track on this playlist.

-Then, are you up for choreographing a short phrase with the poem, one movement/idea per line?
