Hello dancing friends! Thanks for joining in for another day.

-Today's music idea = "Gesture 4" by Michael Wall, which is 4th on this playlist.

-To begin, jump to the end of the poem and the last stanza of 7 lines. Play and improvise with each of the 7 lines. Can you come up with and explore at least 6 different ideas per line? How many different ways can you move? Which moves are large, small?

-Today is a study in repetition! Build your mini dance and have fun.
