Hello!

-Today's music suggestion = "Artist's Studio" by Michael Wall. It is #1 on this playlist.

-Put on this music, or one of your choosing, and begin with a short open improv to get the body in motion. Noodle, stretch, move in place, travel through your dancing space for today. Try this for 2-3 minutes. How do you want to move in this moment of the day?

-Then come back to the poem. Read it once or twice.

-Consider those 5 words: pluck, brush, reveal, open, and lift. Improvise with each word for 30-60 seconds each. Try movements with one body part, and then the whole body in motion. Play with levels. Play with tempo/speed.

-With those 5 words, create an order that you like for today. Create your mini composition. Thank you!
