As of late, I have been loving playing with range and size. Small, medium, large. Extra large. Extra small.

-Today's music selection is: "Up, at the moon" by Michael Wall (in collaboration with Alie Vidich). This is #7 on this playlist.

-Begin with a "size improv." Paint the space. Body parts in isolation. Whole body moving. Play the scales. Play the range. Juxtapose. Stick with one idea for a few moments before switching. Move in place; travel the expanse.

-Then, consider choreographing a short phrase with the poem today. Try it in three different locations (whether within the one space you are in right now, or move into three different rooms or outside areas).
