Hello!

Today's music selection = "7 70" by Michael Wall. Find it via Spotify here.

Try improvising with each word. How many different ways can you direct, deflate, decide? Play with gestures, whole body movements, level changes. Vary speed. Explore eyes/focus.

Could today's dance be in a chair, or site specific (set of steps, balcony)?

I hope you will build a short movement phrase today. Thank you!
