Hello!

Children's poet Marilyn Singer came up with the form of "reverso poem." Her poems are very clever, and tell stories, but I tip my hat to her today for the inspiration. Reverso poems can be read from start to finish, or "finish to start" – and both versions "make sense" and tell their own story. Read more about the poems here.

Today's music = "In Motion Mix" by Michael Wall. It is #6 on this playlist.

The essence of today's poem is about morphing, transforming, shape-shifting. Level changes. Begin today by improvising with these simple prompts and ideas.

With today's poem and choreographing, you have two paths here. You can make the initial phrase with the 8 words, and then do the actions in reverse order. Or, you can make the first phrase with the 8 words, and then make a different/new phrase with the words in reverse order (ie two versions of the same words). You choose!
