Hello!

I love today's music selection very much (delight!) = "7 120" by Michael Wall. It is #14 on this playlist.

May I suggest that today's improvisation begin with an exploration of twisting/tangled/bound? Then a slow peeling/untwisting/rewind? It is also fun to play with juxtaposing ideas: How can twisting and tangling feel free and easeful? How can untwisting feel bound and heavy? Play with light/heavy and ease/tension with the themes in the poem.

I then hope you will make a short phrase for today. You don't have to go line by line. Consider taking each stanza and choreographing movement/shape to convey each section. Play with effort; play with tempo.

Thank you!
