It has been another week filled with violence and hate, this time towards the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. My heart leans towards the Atlanta community as well as every family and community affected by racist acts this week, including here in the Bay Area. Stop Asian hate. Stop white supremacy.

I stand with my AAPI colleagues, friends, neighbors, and family members. May we see these acts for what they truly are – racist hate and violence. May we find ways to rest and heal personally and in community.
